This is a Vintage Yves Saint Laurent Paris & New York Girls special occasion 100% polyester blouson dress in white with metallic green polka dots, size 12, in wonderful condition.  It is machine washable, tumble dry; is ruffled around the neckline & end of sleeves (though the elastic is a bit loose at the sleeves);  fully lined;  belt loops but missing the belt (narrow white grosgrain ribbon would do nicely, but none is just as good ~ after all, it is a blouson style);  4 buttons in the back.  No signs of aging, and I searched to find others in this brand, but nothing showed up ~ it is definitely rare!
