We only ship to the lower 48 U.S. States and Canada (for certain items). Shipping to PO Box, APO, FPO address, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska is not available.

All items shipped are brand new. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY USED PRODUCTS BACK AS RETURNS.

PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK INVENTORY OF YOUR PARTS BEFORE ASSEMBLY. If an item is partially assembled, it is considered used and will not be allowed to be returned for a refund. You will only be able to receive those missing/damaged parts if our company is contacted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Our customers have 14 days from the receipt of their order to notify our company that they would like to return their order due to receiving a damaged product or if you have changed your mind about the product that you have received.

If you check your item upon delivery and it is damaged/broken and has never been used, we will need to be emailed pictures of the damages before return instructions are provided for your order to be refunded.

If you receive an order and you changed your mind about keeping the product and nothing is wrong with the product, return instructions will be provided upon request. Postage and handling fee is not refundable for a non-faulty item. Non Faulty items being returned must be new, and never used. Postage for return of non-faulty items will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns MUST be received back in new condition within the original packaging. If the original packaging has been discarded, customers will have to provide the proper packaging for item to be returned. For return of non-faulty orders, our company processes a 20% restocking fee.

Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it. All returns must be pre-approved. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged 20% restocking fee + double the shipping cost (the carrier is charging us for both ways). Make sure we authorized your return.

If we receive notification between 14 and 30 days after the initial delivery, we will ONLY be able to provide replacement parts for your order if it is due to manufacturers defect. Any request past the 30 days from the date of delivery, our company will not be able to provide replacement parts at no cost to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to purchase replacement parts and pay for the shipping of said parts.

If you would like to receive replacement parts, we will need you to email us pictures of the damaged parts before sending out the replacement.

How long does the fabric last?
Fabric lifespan is directly related to the usage, location and the physical elements the canopy is exposed to. A tent's biggest enemy is UV radiation (just like your skin).
Do I need to anchor my canopy to the ground?
The canopy must be anchored down to the ground with proper stakes. The actual number of stakes and the size of them will vary depending on what size of party tent it is, how much wind load they may be subjected to and the length of time they will be set up. There are other things that can be used depending on the situation.

Do canopies come rated for wind or snow loads?
Because canopies are not engineered buildings they CAN NOT be wind or snow rated. Anchoring the canopy securely is critical to wind resistance or minimize the impact from snow. If extremely high winds or storms are predicted the structure should be dismantled and stored. Keeping snow off the roof area is strongly recommended.

What is covered by this warranty?
Warrants only to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship.
What is not covered by this warranty?
Though our canopies are highly resistant, we cannot provide guarantee against any type of weather related incidents due to acts of nature, i.e. hurricane, tornado, wind, flood, snow, wind driven debris, etc.
The natural breakdown of materials that occurs inevitably with extended use (e.g., Ultraviolet (UV) light damage on tents, exhausted zippers),
Damage that occurs during shipping
Abuse, accident, alteration, modification, tampering, vandalism, negligence, misuse, abrasive contact, faulty installation lack of responsible care or if affixed to any attachment not provided with the shelter.
Damage to contents of canopy any person or property excluded.
Normal and foreseeable wear and tear.
Improper installation according to the instructions provided.
Labor and installation fees
Canopy has been manufactured for use as a temporary structure. The customer must incorporate his own good judgment, common sense & knowledge of local conditions with the installation instruction guidelines. The customer is responsible to anticipate weather severity for proper time and method of construction, appropriateness of product for the intended site as well as evacuation or disassembly details.
The canopy tarp I received is 2 to 3 inches shorter on each side... what is a "Cut Size"?
The cut size is the industry's standard way to measure. I.E. a 10x20 can be a (Approx.) 9'8"x19'10". Do not worry; the tarp will still fit the canopy.
Why does FedEx deliver my multiply items on different days even though they shipped on the same day?
It's out of our control. Please check eBay's estimated deliver time frame. If you receive all the packages in that time frame, it's normal.
If I need to buy more than one item, can I get a discount on shipping?
Sorry no. We have to ship separately because of the large size of the packages.
Can I track my item?
FedEx or USPS will email the Tracking # to the buyer's eBay registered email after the shipping label is generated. Normally, the item will be delivered in 3 to 7 business days based on your location. Please go to www.fedex.com or www.USPS.com to track the shipping status once you receive the tracking number. If you don't receive your tracking number from carrier, please log in your eBay account, your tracking number is under your item that you purchased. If your item has not been delivered within 7 business days after receive our payment confirmation email, please contact us vie eBay immediately. We will be unable to trace it if you contact us too late.
What if my item arrives damaged?
