    Just about impossible to find these, now.
    The answer is YES...The longer screws change the "shape" of the magnet sensing the strings, and
    give a nice FAT clear sound...I LOVE the sound, so kept the screws to use some day ( I actually have
    two sets, but have not found the 2nd set yet.....If I do, I will put them on auction, too...same $$$...
    ORIGINAL issue...the real deal, if you need the original part.   Keep that Guitar 100% STOCK...
