    1970's Made in Japan.
    Branded "Encore" E-56 (Teisco).
    Bass Neck, Body and Neck Plate.
    Body still has a nice luster, quality finish, with appropriate scratches and wear for a used instrument from the time period.
    Some extra screw holes in pick guard area.
    Bound Neck with Pearloid Blocks* / Black Side Dots.
    Neck appears to be Mahogany. Original screws and Plate.
    Zero Fret.
    Truss Rod seems to work.
    Weighs about 8 lbs
    *15th fret block is slightly chipped.
